Your privacy matters to us. Below we explain what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The data controller is the operator of the Spim na Rabí accommodation, Rabí 175, 342 01 Rabí.

What data we process

We process the data you provide when making a reservation or contacting us – name, email, phone, dates of stay, number of guests, and any note. We also process the data required for the guest register mandated by law.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to process and confirm your reservation, to communicate with you before and after your stay, and to fulfil the legal obligations of an accommodation operator. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in providing the service properly.

Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as strictly necessary – for the duration of the reservation and thereafter for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax regulations).

Sharing of data

We do not share your data with third parties, except for providers essential to our operation (e.g. email and hosting services) and cases where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. You can contact us at any time at spimnarabi@seznam.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
